Noir – Business Growth From Stagnation

NOIR HEALTH & BEAUTY SDN BHD’s approach to helping people achieve radiance in beauty is by using natural elements through a botanical metabolic process based on halal and premium beauty standards.

The founder of NOIR, Eriyca Baiduri, better known as Madammu, started the business on a small scale through online platforms. She was assisted by her husband, Muhammad Azri, or TP (Advisor) Azri. Their products are formulated in Japan and Korea, utilizing advanced technology to provide high-quality beauty products suitable for all ages. When Madammu first launched NOIR products, she temporarily used a space in TP Azri’s office as her workplace before NOIR rented its own store as the business began to grow. Since then, NOIR’s business has been steadily and consistently improving. Madammu considered TP Azri’s suggestion to join RichWorks class and decided to register for the 10X Bina Bisnes Berjaya Program in 2019.

Before joining RichWorks, NOIR’s sales had already reached more than RM3 million, and NOIR had 16 billboard ads across Malaysia. However, their sales were stagnant. There seemed to be  no way for her to increase sales further.

After Madammu attended several learning sessions, she became increasingly clear about her goals and was more excited after attending her first Inner Circle Meeting to see the improvement and achievements of NOIR. Within one year being mentored by RichWorks, her sales figures increased more than 10 times in 2019. NOIR’s marketing target also became clearer.

After four years of solidifying the company’s image and the popularity of its beauty and health products, NOIR ventured for the first time as the main sponsor of Anugerah Juara Lagu 36 (36th Edition of Song Champion Award). Through this sponsorship, the mission of Madammu and TP Azri was to promote the NOIR Entrepreneur Program with the objective of attracting more women who want to start a business without capital and able to earn up to RM10,000 a month.

What began as a leisurely venture to occupy her spare time blossomed into a thriving business under Madammu’s leadership with the unwavering support of her beloved husband, TP Azri, the essential pillar of NOIR. The couple’s entrepreneurial journey has far exceeded their initial expectations in generating millions of ringgit in sales per month.

Despite the world being hit by a pandemic and many being affected, NOIR has successfully proven that this local beauty product brand is resilient to challenges and has managed to produce female entrepreneurs who are able to generate monthly incomes of up to tens of thousands of ringgit.

After attending my first Inner Circle Meeting, I have no regrets about signing up as a Titan and being in the Titanium Circle.
