The journey full of challenges over the past 16 years has not been easy to endure, considering that the training concept being introduced is very new and has never been implemented by other trainers. The goal of producing successful and wealthy entrepreneurs in a short period of time is not an ordinary objective. However, RichWorkians continue to presevere with full determination.
Through the extraordinary leadership of Datuk Wira Dr. Azizan Osman, RichWorks has successfully proven that their strategies and concepts are effective, both in good times and challenging times. In fact, many of RichWorks’ protégés diligently follow every step taught by their mentor until they succeed in their respective business fields.
In 2020, while the country was under the Movement Control Order (MCO), a total of 82,555 new businesses were registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), with more than 4,542 businesses closing during the same period. However, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020-2021, RichWorks remained committed to carrying out its mission. Interestingly, RichWorks’ protégés continued to report sales amounting to millions of ringgit during this period. This indicates that the marketing strategies taught by RichWorks are effective, competitive, viable, resilient, and sustainable.
The dream of producing more entrepreneurs continues with the support of various parties, creating a phenomenon of guiding local and regional entrepreneurs to make a significant impact on the country’s GDP growth. The spirit and aspirations of the RichWorks founder have helped these entrepreneurs soar high in the business arena. A mission of lifelong learning is instilled to all guided entrepreneurs to achieve success in this world and the hereafter.

INCREASE IN RICHWORKS ENTREPRENEURS DURING MCO 2020
A total of 777 entrepreneurs from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the SPIRE & Titanium Mentoring Program successfully set a new record with a cumulative sales of RM2.2 billion.
- 68 entrepreneurs achieved sales of RM10,000,000 and above in Titanium Circle in 2020.
- 87 SPIRE entrepreneurs achieved their first RM1,000,000 in sales.
- 45 SPIRE entrepreneurs advanced to Titanium Circle.
- 63 Elite-X entrepreneurs advanced to SPIRE.
- 50 companies achieved sales of RM10,000,000 and above, with some exceeding RM100,000,000 annually
