Alhamdulillah. Yesterday I had the chance to spend time with close to 200 orphans in conjunction with 10 Muharram, and to sit down with His Excellency Tun Seri Setia Dr. Mohd Ali Mohd Rustam, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Melaka.
Also with us was a teacher I hold in high regard, Habib Alwi Idrus Elydrus from Jakarta.
10 Muharram reminds us that rezeki and success are not measured only by what we own, but by how much we share and how much benefit we bring to those in need.
May Allah SWT accept every deed, bless the efforts of everyone who made this event a success, and keep giving us the strength to be people who give more than we receive. Insya-Allah.
