OK don't just dream, they act! They see the opportunity behind the hardship. The shops are empty, the rent is cheap, that's where they put up OK flags.

The result? Within three years, 14 branches stood proudly with an income of RM133 million and a net profit of RM20 million!

In fact, OK is now going further, preparing for an IPO, not to show off, but to further expand their business empire. With the projected value of the company reaching RM300 million, this is not just a success story, but proof that with the right strategy, a small business can become a giant!

But, let's not forget the story of OldTown White Coffee. Starting with a 3-in-1 product in 1999, they successfully opened a store and became a hangout in 2005.

In fact, in 2011, they were listed on Bursa Malaysia with 175 stores and a market capitalization of RM412 million. However, in 2018, they were taken over with a value of RM1.4 billion. Why? Because they are complacent with early success, less focus on quality and innovation.

This is the reality of business, brothers and sisters. Early success is no guarantee of continued success. We need to constantly innovate, be sensitive to market changes, and most importantly, never forget who our customers are.

Many of us may feel stuck, stuck in business. Maybe we think we have done all kinds of things, but the result is not much.

Maybe we feel that there are no new ideas, we don't know what to do anymore. But, remember, in every challenge, there is an opportunity. Look for the opportunity, seize the opportunity. Never give up!
