I believe this — none of us is guaranteed Jannah. We have to work for it. We do what’s needed to earn Allah’s mercy and find our way there…
Business works the same way.
No business is guaranteed success either. You succeed only if you do what’s needed to succeed — and then keep doing it to stay successful.
In business, ups and downs are normal.
Not everyone can grow a business. Not everyone can last.
And not everyone can get back up after they fall.
When you see a business that keeps climbing, don’t just look at the results.
Try to understand what they did behind the scenes.
-
What decisions did they make? -
What discipline did they hold on to? -
What sacrifices did they go through that led to that growth?

Same thing when you see a business that looked solid suddenly fall.
The truth is, most collapses don’t happen overnight.
Usually there were signs nobody noticed, problems nobody solved, wrong decisions made, or market changes nobody acted on.
There’s a lot outsiders don’t see. But there’s also a lot we can learn from.
And when someone falls and then rises again, that’s where you find some of the most valuable lessons in business.
Because getting back up takes courage, resilience, the humility to learn all over again, and the willingness to change.
One thing I always remind myself…
Every business can eventually fail.
That’s why our job every day is not just chasing profit.
Our job is to make sure the business stays relevant, keeps being useful, and keeps creating bigger value for customers.
As long as the products, services and solutions we offer benefit other people, our business has a reason to keep existing.
The day we stop giving value, stop innovating, or stop understanding our customers — that’s the day the business starts losing its purpose.
The day we stop learning is the day we stop growing…
Success in business is not about never falling.
Success is when we keep learning, keep adapting, keep giving value, and keep moving forward no matter what challenges come.
That’s also my biggest takeaway from the Shenzhen Business Trip — learning from the Chinese companies doing billions today, from Oppo, BYD, Sangfor, Haidilao, Labubu (Popmart), Miniso and many more…
