Seminars, meeting rooms, standing in front of a whiteboard.
But sometimes growth happens when we step out of the routine, get on the court, sweat, laugh and build closer ties with one another.
Today, RCG and I brought the whole RichWorks family together through Court of Millionaires, involving RichWorks Alumni, SPIRE and TITAN, plus our partners.
Plenty of laughter, not much seriousness. Some were holding a paddle for the first time, some played like they were about to enter a tournament, and some came purely to show support.
But that is the real point. It was never just about playing pickleball.
We want to build an entrepreneur community that does not only meet when there is business to learn, but can also play sports together, enjoy ourselves, connect and grow together, insha-Allah.
Thank you to everyone who made the time to come. Some came from around Klang Valley, and some travelled all the way from Sabah, Sarawak, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan, Johor and many other places.
I truly appreciate the effort and commitment from all of you. It is your presence that made this event so lively and meaningful.

In business, we may come from different industries, different states, different backgrounds. But inside this community, we share the same spirit — to keep learning, to keep growing, and to bring others up with us.
Today we compete on the court. Tomorrow we go back to fighting it out in business.
