For 12 years, I studied in Chinese schools, from primary school at SJK(C) to secondary school at Melaka Pay Fong High School (马六甲培风中学), a Chinese independent school (独中).
Those years taught me much more than how to speak, read and write Mandarin. They taught me discipline, collaboration and the power of working together towards a common goal.
I saw how people supported one another, combined their strengths and understood that when one person progressed, the entire community could become stronger.
After almost 30 years of working with thousands of entrepreneurs, I feel this is something we still need to strengthen within the Malay community. We have extraordinary talent, potential and opportunities. But sometimes, we remain too divided, too comfortable operating within our own circles and too slow to combine our strengths.
However, my call is not only for the Malay community. It is for everyone, regardless of race, background or industry.
We need more synergy, collaboration, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. But every relationship must be built upon one important principle:
ALL MUST WIN, not a partnership where one party grows at the expense of another.
Everyone must contribute.
Everyone must create value.
Everyone must benefit.
Some of the greatest opportunities are created when we combine our strengths, resources, networks and experiences. That is why I want to create:

This is more than another networking group. It is a movement to connect the right people, create meaningful opportunities and build partnerships that benefit everyone involved.
