Today, I stand in front of a building that was once the “home” of RichWorks for 18 years.
Not just an office on Jalan Badminton, Seksyen 13.
This is where we started with a big dream, but with so many things still uncertain. This is where we went through the hard days, the frightening decisions, the sales that did not happen, the team that changed, the programmes that needed fixing, and the long nights only God knows how heavy they were.
This is also where I watched many entrepreneurs come with hope—and go home with the courage to build a better life.
This building holds too many stories.
Stories of falling and rising. Stories of tears, loyalty, hard work and prayer. Stories of the people who believed in this mission even when the journey was still unclear.
Today, the time has come for us to leave “you” behind…..
Today, we step into our new home, RichQ at Level 29, Mercu Maybank i-City.
I feel so grateful.
But leaving this place is not easy. Because we are not just leaving a building. We are leaving a phase of life that shaped who we are today.
We carry its spirit with us. We carry with us the values, the discipline, the courage and the sense of responsibility to keep giving impact to more entrepreneurs.
And we leave only one thing behind here:
Our old version, which is no longer big enough to carry us to the next vision.
