PTTI CEO and COO, Siti Farhana Abu Osman and Muhd Habibunajjar Sazali share their journey of transforming an educational institution into a thriving business, highlighting the strategies that fueled PTTI’s rapid growth and the power of strong leadership in turning vision into reality.
Our passion was simple: to help students succeed. But we quickly realized that passion alone wasn’t enough to build a thriving institution. Running an education business requires strategy, leadership, and digital transformation to create lasting impact.
That’s when our journey took a pivotal turn.
We immersed ourselves in business consulting and SME growth strategies in Malaysia, learning not just how to teach, but how to lead, scale, and sustain a business. Success in education isn’t just about delivering knowledge—it’s about building a system, a brand, and a strategy for long-term growth.
With expert business advisory, digital marketing strategies, and operational restructuring, we refined our vision and transformed PTTI into more than just an institution, it became a movement. By embracing technology, innovation, and leadership development, we ensured every decision aligned with our mission to revolutionize education in Malaysia.
In 2018, we took a major step forward by launching online classes, positioning PTTI two years ahead of the pandemic-driven digital shift. Strategic marketing and a sharp focus on SPM students enabled us to capture the market quickly, now commanding nearly 30% of its share. That same year, we introduced the Online Tutorial Class (OTC), a move that proved crucial when the Movement Control Order (MCO) took effect in 2020. Looking back, we are grateful for the guidance we received , which has continuously pushed us to scale higher.
With expert insights in business expansion and e-commerce strategies, we strengthened our operations and refined our corporate strategy to ensure sustainable growth in a competitive landscape.
Today, PTTI stands as a testament to what’s possible when education meets business excellence. With the right business advisory and leadership coaching, any educational institution can scale beyond limits.
And the best part? We’re still growing, still innovating, and still proving that education can go beyond traditional methods to create real impact.
